How do I register for CoSMEd XI?

To register for CoSMEd XI, please first submit your abstract through the conference portal. Once your abstract has been reviewed and accepted, our secretariat will send you an acceptance email containing the registration link and further instructions. For non-presenters, registration details will be made available on the official conference website.

Is there a template for abstract or full paper submissions?

Yes. An abstract submission template is available here : http://cosmed.recsam.edu.my/main/index.php/call-for-papers/submission-guideline. For full paper submissions, the template will be provided by the secretariat via email once your abstract has been reviewed and accepted.

How do I submit my abstract or full paper?

To submit your abstract, please use the submission link provided on the official conference website. Once your abstract has been reviewed and accepted, the secretariat will send you a separate email with the link for full paper submission along with payment details.

Conference Programme

 

When will the conference programme be available?

The detailed conference programme for CoSMEd XI is not yet available. However, a tentative timetable has been published on the official CoSMEd XI website. What is the format for presentations?

Oral paper presentations at CoSMEd XI are scheduled for 15–20 minutes, including time for questions and answers. Presenters are advised to prepare their slides for the presentation in advance. The presentation schedule will be provided by the secretariat closer to the conference date.

Is accommodation provided or recommended?

Accommodation is not provided by the conference organisers. However, participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements.You may consider SEAMEO RECSAM’s International House, which offers on-site accommodation subject to availability. Certificates

Will I receive a certificate of participation or presentation?

Yes, all registered participants, including both presenters and non-presenters, will receive a certificate of participation and presentation accordingly.

Publication

Will selected papers be published in indexed journals?

Selected award-winning papers will be considered for publication in prestigious journals, including Scopus-indexed, MyCite-indexed journals, and the SEAMEO RECSAM Proceedings. Please note that publication fees, where applicable, shall be borne by the authors.
